Creating a Clicker App for Phones
Purpose
This app has several goals:
- Replace expensive clickers with an App on phones students already have.
- Silence phones during class automatically so that students don't have to remember to do it.
Take attendance --> into Moodle or other LMS systems.
- Accumulate clicker responses as part of student's grades in an LMS like Moodle.
- Provide a website for instructors to manage questions and attendance and class schedules (e.g. quiet time for phones of students in class).
Include a dynamic PowerPoint Content Apps so that teachers can integrate active learning in standard lectures.
