In the Kuali training sessions this year (2026), the deans/chairs present asked for a cheat sheet on what determines ‘editorial changes’ versus ‘needs approval’.  Here is that information.

== Needs approval and will go on the regular Agenda: ==

 * Course or Program name changes
 * New courses
 * Deletion of courses
 * Program changes (New, Delete, or Change)
