ACA study Abroad Checklist
Students thinking about spending a year abroad at (Adventist Colleges Abroad) ACA should familarize themselves with the following:
visit the ACA website that has just been revamped, and to do it frequently as new information/instructions may come up considering the volatile world we are living in currently;
- print their application file, including page 1, then obtain the following signatures in this order (1,2,3 in any order):
- Advisor/Chair of your Department or School
- Student Development, also known as Dean of Student Affairs
- Director of Admissions
- Campus ACA Coordinator (Dr. P. Nzokizwa), or Chair of Modern Languages Dept. (Dr. A. Royo)
- Student Finance designated officer for ACA matters.
Records & Advisement Office
Note: The Finance Office will transmit your file to the ACA headquarter in Maryland. Typically, within 2-3 weeks, you will receive a return envelope with all the instructions regarding your pre-departure preparation, including the visa process.
Summer Applicants
Ya'll have a shortened signature requirement:
